EdmoTrack is a smartphone application that records location and time information, activity, and motion for users who volunteer to participate in the 2015 Edmonton and Region Household Travel Survey. GPS data is gathered via the smartphone application and transmitted to a server where the information is stored securely. When you start recording your trips, this app continuously use GPS in background. Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
